Writing to Graubo Real Estate, and what happens next
There is one person at the other end of this page and no switchboard in between. This is how to write to me, and what happens once you do.
Where to write, and what to say
Email is the straightforward one: ramon@graubo.com. It comes to me directly and it leaves a written record we can both go back to. If you would rather speak, the number is +34 696 373 839.
Write however suits you. There is no list of details you are meant to have ready: no address, no floor area, no plan of the house. Tell me what you have, or what you are looking for, in as many lines or as few. Anything else that is needed, I will ask for later.
A reply within twenty-four working hours
Every message gets an answer within twenty-four working hours. That is the commitment, and it holds in August as well. If you have written and heard nothing by then, something has gone astray: call.
I do not publish opening hours, because I have none I could keep every day of the year. The deadline, I can.
What happens after you write
The reply always comes by email, written by me. If you leave a phone number and the matter is quicker settled by voice — a date, a figure, a question with four answers — I will ring you too. If you do not, email is where we stay.
Where we meet
When there is something to see, we see it where it is: at the house you are selling, or at your own home if that is easier. What matters about a house is its condition, its light and its street, and none of that fits on a desk.
Which language you write in
Catalan, Spanish, English or French: whichever you write in is the language the answer comes back in, and the language the paperwork for a sale is written in. As you are reading this in English, the spoken part is simple too — my English is comfortable, so a call or a visit in English is no trouble. In French the writing works and the talking does not, so a conversation would be in Spanish or English.
Two lines of email are enough to start. The first conversation costs nothing and usually clears up more than a website can. If you already know what you want, how a sale works and what your house is worth go into the detail.
