Two airports, mild winters, and the coast on the same side of the city
Boscos de Tarragona sits on the eastern edge of Tarragona, on the Costa Daurada. Reus airport serves the area with seasonal routes; Barcelona–El Prat, an hour up the coast, is the one that runs year-round and connects to most of northern Europe. Winters here are mild and the pool season runs from roughly May to October — which is the difference between a summer address and a house you can live in all year.
The Llevant beaches are on the same side of the city, a few minutes away by car: Platja Llarga, La Mora, Tamarit.
What the neighbourhood actually is
A settled residential estate, not a new development. Quiet streets under pine trees, generous plots, and almost nothing but houses: 98% of the housing stock is detached and terraced homes. No apartment blocks, no through traffic. Tarragona city centre is a short drive away, and the AVE high-speed station at Camp de Tarragona puts Barcelona 35 minutes away by train.

Why supply stays limited
There is no room for new development in Boscos. The land is built out and no new estates can be raised, so every house that reaches the market is one of the existing ones.
